Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Termini for the use of the product and related services. By registering an account or using the product you agree to these terms.
Account
- You must register with a real, valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials safe.
- Accounts have a limit on signed-in devices; manage and remove devices in the account centre.
- Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented or shared for profit.
Subscription and fees
- New accounts receive a limited-time trial; after it ends a Pro subscription is required to keep using cloud services.
- Subscriptions are completed through the Apple / Microsoft / Google app stores; pricing, renewal and refund rules follow the store page and its policies.
- Cloud AI usage counts against the subscription quota; once exhausted you can wait for the monthly reset or use your balance.
- Abusive usage or attempts to bypass billing lead to account restriction or termination.
Acceptable use
- Use the product only on hosts and network devices you are legally authorised to access.
- Any illegal activity through the product is prohibited, including unauthorised intrusion, scanning and attacks.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, load attacks or any other behaviour that affects service stability is prohibited.
AI features
- AI-generated commands and answers are for reference only; verify their safety before running them, and enable approval mode for production systems.
- Data loss or system failures caused by running AI-suggested commands are the user's responsibility.
- When cloud models are used, conversation content is forwarded to the corresponding model provider for processing.
Limitation of liability
- The product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any subscription period is capped at the subscription fee you actually paid for that period.
Changes and termination
- We may update these terms and product features; material changes are announced by in-product notice or email.
- Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
- You may stop using the product and request account deletion at any time.
